So, how did your Christmas cards turn out this year? You DID make your own, didn't you?! Since I haven't posted any projects in awhile, I thought I'd at least post photos of some of the cards I made this year. I CASED them both, but now I'm not sure from where! That's what happens when you try to post months after you made the cards! I love the Soft Sky with the darker Artichoke in both of these. You can't tell very well in the photo, but the Peaceful Wishes card (on the right) is clear embossed, then sponged with white Stazon ink. It's soft and subtle, but really eye-catching in person.
I also CASED these cards - but who can blame me - they're so COOL! The Celebrate card is done on the Shimmery White cardstock, which makes it really neat looking in person. Not glittery; just "shimmery" like the name implies! I've seen the ornament cards all over, but decided they needed something, and since my Christmas ball hangers were sitting right there in front of me, I thought I'd add them to my cards, and voila! They really look like 3-D ornaments, don't they?
